SESEI ordered two music books from them and I had to wait for six months for them. They did let me know that one of the books were going to be delayed but not both. When I received the package there was a child guitar included by mistake. I thought it was a compensation for the wait but have no use for it so I put it in the recycling. Now they made me pay over 40€ for this. I'm never using Stretta again.
ITITI ordered some Godowsky scores on the1st of December. Two days later I received the confirmation email and in other two days I received my parcel in Italy. Very satisfied with the experience.

GBGBNot only are prices high and postage from the USA irrational when it would be straightforward to digitally send, the time for delivery is incredible and this is the second time I have been told delivery will be 5 weeks!
