I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter and after only three days of normal wear, they broke. Because of the poor quality, she ended up losing one of them. When I contacted Net-a-Porter to explain that the item was clearly faulty, they refused to offer a refund or replacement. For a company that positions itself as a luxury retailer with high standards, this level of product quality and customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better durability and support, especially given the price point. I won’t be purchasing jewellery from here again and would advise others to be cautious.
I bought an id bracelet for 500 and change and it took almost a month to receive , supposedly because they had to engrave it special which consisted of 6 letters. Anyway after terrible customer service to see where the hell my 522 bracelet was, I filed a chargeback with my bank thinking I got scammed. The day of I received it and I couldn’t be more disappointed at how junky it looked. Completely smudged across the front and the clasp is so flimsy it broke the second day. For the price it should’ve been 100 bucks at that. I contacted customer service to issue a refund and removed the charge back . I was quickly emailed back that time telling me it was final sale since it was engraved , even though it was broken in two days. I could send it for repair like it’s not gonna just break again with the cheap hook . I’ve bought a few gifts from here but I would never shop here again and regret removing the charge back
I'm never ordering from stone and strand again. I've ordered a few items, and none of them meet the expectations shown in the photo. I order from them again because I see them recommended on IG. I ordered a flat-back non-returnable earring to find out I have to bend the post MYSELF! I wear a lot of flat-back earrings and this the ONLY time I have to bend it myself. I'm sure this is why they make it non-returnable. I'm sure a lot of people have broken their earring when trying to bend. This is also probably why they dont have reviews on the site.
The WORST experience I have ever had. I ordered my items weeks before Christmas to ensure they would arrive, two days before Xmas, nothing was here and the order appeared as fullfilled. They didnt answer emails until the very last second and I never got anything. This is just fraudulent, absolutely ridiculous.
