Very good experience overall. Very polite and friendly service person. Only negative is that I had to phone in to check that he was coming that day. I made the appointment many months previously but would have appreciated a call to confirm.
Easy to make appointment, without long wait times. Called on a Monday, appointment booked for that same Thursday. Friendly and efficient. Was very pleased with the service and follow up.
Unfortunately I've had to review my initial glowing review. Warren still gets 10 out of 10 but follow up customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
