My order arrived promptly and the stencil product worked out great. However, there was an issue with the packaging that caused a minor inconvenience. I took pictures and pointed it out to customer service, just to help them avoid that problem going forward. I didn't ask for any compensation. Alison took it upon herself to credit me back a generous portion of the order and thanked me for bringing the problem to their attention. That's great customer service!

So Good I Ordered Again! I have purchased stencils from Stencil Ease twice now in as many months. Two were just text in my choice of size and font; and the other was a custom design that I sent via jpeg with a limited time crunch. I was pleased with both orders. The product quality as well as ease of ordering. Communication was good on both orders...I would definitely recommend this company.
