I have been a customer for a few years now, purchasing a wide variety of clothes from them....recently I had reason to go back to them on a Jacket I had purchased a couple of years ago (but not worn all that much)....the Zip had simply jammed up and didn't work. Stellar customer service essentially cut me loose and sent me to a 3rd party website and asked me to order one from there.....fair enough but honestly for the amount I've spent with them on the jacket and other products I was expecting a bit more (maybe send me a new Zip, allowed me to send it back and fix it, switch it). The jacket wasn't that old for how much I had spent and a Zip should last more than 24 months....I had a different issue with an Arcteryx product and when I took back they simply replaced it ....didn't matter that it wasn't new...

As you may know in the 50+yrs I've worked with numerous ski & snowboard clothing brands I find Stellar Gear pretty good. I really like the insulated pants. The Shell jacket 02 is a basic design. The pants fit well for my body shape but I find the zippers on the cargo pockets should close from the inside out like the insulated pants and shorts. Outside in is a fiddle to close
