I found the depth and rigor of the STA Horary course to be truly exemplary. Each week, a new topic guided our class step by step toward a deeper understanding of classic astrology's rigor and meaning and illuminated its divination nature. STA’s approach to learning awakened me further to the profound cosmic dance and the rich tradition of classic astrology, highlighting its relevance to our current lives.
I was new to western horary, this course helped me in getting a good understanding of how to analyze a horary chart and come to a judgement. I have to practice a lot for the techniques to be embedded in my muscle memory and be able to analyze charts without turning blank - the examples, chart discussions and subscription to forum in this course offers a very valuable playground for that. The study materials were great, the assignments were excellent, the teachers were very helpful and super responsive and the course administration was superb. It was a six month very well spent. It would have been a blessing if STA had a similar course for western natal astrology as well!
The course is excellent. It requires some knowledge of astrology (Signs, Planets, Houses, Aspects, a certain level of chart analysis), but apart from those fundamental concepts, the course explains everything from scratch in regards to horary technique. The materials are beautiful and very complete and the tutors are loving, as well as having a great deal of knowledge and experience. All in all, it was a pleasure to take this course.
It opens door to traditional astrology, not just horary, everyone who is new to traditional astrology (with basic understanding of astrology) can start from here, the teachers are the ones with best knowledge and they wish you to comprehend the knowledge and thrive in the future. I cannot recommend it more.
