We got 2 doors and 6 windows installed. The workmen were prompt, very tidy and completed the job well before time. Delighted with the final look
Well Tommy and his 2 sons did a very good job of fitting the windows, the surveyor really needs to up his game as he measured one of the window frames 80mm smaller and the fitters needed to foam the gaps if it wasn't for the surveyor I would have left 5 stars, but will use this company again to replace the last 5 Windows.

Very strange experience with SNR home Improvements. Like many others who have reviewed, I had a man chap my door and offer to give me free quote. Said it wouldn’t take long and they could come back when I finished work at a time that was convenient to me. After a very lengthyrehearsed sales pitch, which at times I felt questioned my intelligence and ‘mainsplained’ interest rates to me, i was finally given quote. I said that I would not be agreeing to any contract today as this was my first major home improvement and I would like to retrieve quotes from other businesses and speak to family to make an informed decision. The man who gave me the quote then made a series of phone calls back and forth to manager “Ross” employing very old school marketing tactics that were very staged and awkward. Turning up the phone volume so i could hear the conversation between him and his manager. I then had to speak to Ross, the manager, and put it quite bluntly that no matter what price was offered to me today I was not entering into an agreement. I felt his response quite rude. Can’t fault the surveyor who was nice and clearly just doing his job, but the way the manager spoke to him itself put me off doing business alone. Obviously my “offer” was no longer valid since i was not agreeing today. You should never be pressured into making an on the spot decision especially when you are spending thousands of pounds. Cant speak of the quality of the product this company provides but the quality of the service wouldn’t make me progress. Wish I read trustpilot reviews before having to sit for 90 minutes after work listening to that.
