UPDATE 16:07 FIXED!Thank you, your guy stayed until fixed. Issue with one of the boxes.....phew, we are back online. Many, many thanks!Changed over yesterday and not connecting at their side, engineer not connected correctly. No internet now for 24 hours, said it will take 2 days for an engineer to be out. Just kept quoting contract details to put sending engineer out sooner. Have a medical need and they want me to get my GP to sign a form for £30 until they will put as a priority.Absolutely shocking service, do not care about customers having a connection, fob you off saying it's in the contract.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Hounded for a month by sales guy, then rubbish service.UPDATED REVIEW:Make sure the new customers internet is functioning before instructing the last provider to cease contract.

Quick easy installation, The customer service is so much better than KCOM’s aswell. in so glad I changed the speeds and price are just so much better than my previous supplier
