Had some issues with our WiFi speeds and contacted customer support . We been over the issue with Paul and he was very polite and helpful . Managed to get two fibre cables to be able to make the most of our 2300mbps connection without any extra cost . Paul was really helpful and kind . Top service thanks for your help today Paul
I was a Squirrel customer at my previous address with no issues, but after relocating, my experience has been nothing short of appalling. Despite being told services were available at my new address—and being hit with a nearly £500 exit fee—the engineer later confirmed installation isn’t actually possible. It would require cutting down multiple trees and accessing neighbouring properties, which is clearly unrealistic. Even the engineer advised me to switch providers.I am now being charged for a service I am not receiving, with zero updates, no accountability, and no clear resolution. Customer service has been extremely poor, I’ve had to chase everything myself while being blocked from leaving without penalty.This has been a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience. The service may work when everything goes smoothly, but when issues arise, support is non-existent. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.If this is not resolved urgently, I will be seeking legal advice. It is completely unreasonable to enforce early termination fees on the basis that services are “available” when, in reality, they are not—and to continue billing for a service that cannot be provided.
Great customer service agent. Made the swap over easy. Informed me of £30 Amazon voucher if I got my daughter to refer. Engineer who came was friendly and professional. Modem arrived next day. Straightforward instructions to connect. All good.
