USUSIt was a breath of fresh air speaking with Spirit Dental. After two hours of my existing insurance company( with whom I could barely understand ) placing me on hold and transfering me back and forth to different departments, they were ultimately unable to help and my time was wasted. Spirit Dental came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and purchased plan. The first agent I spoke with upon calling was informative, efficient, and very knowledgable. She asked the right questions and was able to quickly help me find the best option. I’ve never had a more knowledgeable insurance agent in my 42 years on earth. I could not be more pleased with my plan and the outstanding service I recieved.
USUSToo much process burden. Keep it simple. I just want to buy a policy. I would like to cancel the policy
