United KingdomMy boiler stopped working on Christmas eve, then we smelt gas. We reported it straight away and SGN was sent out to confirm carbon monoxide was coming through the pipes in to the kitchen so my boiler had to be urgently capped off. I rang swale heating back who said I would be seen with in 24 hours as I have no heating or hot water and a vulnerable child. Its now Christmas day 27 hours later also with a promise that someone would bring us heaters. No phone calls, no heater, no engineer attendance and another 46 minute wait on the phone to be told they have no information for me. My thermistate in my house is now at 12.

United KingdomSouthern Housing is the worst company in the UK. 1) Promising an extra £18million in the budget. False, there is no money. Not even to change a glass window at the main entrance door of the building. 2) Promising extra 20% workforce. False, there's no extra staff. They cut down 50% of workforce. Cleaning team of 2 works only 1 day a week for only 5 hours in any of the estate. Thre are no managers anymore going around any of the estates. When you have to go through a repair team or the main switchboard you have to wait more than 30 minutes before someone will answer your query. There is no consistency in any of the jobs they are required to do. An example, in one of the estate they erected a scaffolding to do some repairs for a top flat who has leaked roof. The job was done in one day, the scaffolding are still in place for over 6 months, and no one from the repairs team have a clues of the job numbers. The reason why nothing works in this company is because there is no infrastructure, its chaotic, insufficient staff, and of course the lies.

Or you want to say this happens in SHG every single day and you are unable to find about which one exactly I am asking? Non-Mental Leftovers would answer IMMEDIATELY on such question WITHOUT A SMALLEST DELAY. 99.99% I am sure you will find something to prevent to publish the truth, but I will have one more evidence of who you really are.
