On Monday 21st April around 10pm there was a huge bang and the house went into darkness. I checked the fuse box and the RCD switch had tripped. I reset the box but it kept blowing. I called the emergency number and spoke to a very helpful lady and she reported my situation. By 12.15am on the 22nd Aaron Moore...the attending electrician had everything under control and had fixed the problem. Aaron was polite, professional, very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure that I was alright with the situation Excellent customer service from all. Many thanks

I had a call back from Leon, and I don't usually do this type of thing in writing reviews but he was very good. He listened and gave good advise and more importantly he followed through and made contacted the team as he promised. So thumbs up for Leon

Outstanding Service The service I received was truly outstanding from Darren (Estate Services Team) as I was in the middle of taking my issue further up regarding fly tipping which have been in my road since March, it turns out it’s all changed and Darren kept apologising and informing me the next working day it would be gone and it was taken away the next day. He also sorted out a few of my other issues which I’m happy to say they have now been sorted out. If I’m being truthful I didn’t expect a great outcome and to be updated in person… that’s what you call service! Thank you Darren for going the extra mile to resolve my issues.
