CanadaThe automatic audio-to-text matching is absolutely brilliant! I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered such an excellent text transcription website, particularly its ability to automatically match audio and video with text to generate ideal subtitles – it's simply marvellous! The speed and accuracy are truly outstanding. That's the best part. However, the downside is that it's rather expensive. I believe this new era of AI should benefit more people, and the practicality and convenience of the products should also take into account users' purchasing power, not just commercial interests. Of course, if you feel the cost is manageable, that's perfectly fine. But considering the direction the world is heading, it should take into account people everywhere. Moreover, the complimentary usage is limited to just 30 minutes, and it is available only once in a lifetime – not three times daily as one might expect. It is a great pity.
