I had a recent conversation with Bree who was very helpful in arranging for a refund of my registration when I discovered that the original microchip was no longer present. My vet inserted a new microchip which is linked to a different database and so I no longer use SmartTrace, but I would recommend them in any case due to Bree’s support.
