Easy shopping, and the website actually lists the internals of the desktop. A lot of the shops I visited only listed a handful of parts, making it risky to make a purchase. I felt more confident purchasing from this company

Great experience so far, I have no complaints at all. Juan did a great time building my rig! The option to have your PC built on stream is also really nice. It can be a bit of an anxiety inducing experience having a custom build done with the prices of computer parts these days, so being able to see how well of a job the builder is doing firsthand goes a long way. Only thing I could really think of improving is maybe having a little bit more info on what stage your PC is in beyond just having your order processing till complete.

They are not helping me replace my intel motherboard and they completely damaged my pc when it was in for warranty work last year. I don’t recommend buying from Skytech gaming. I have to now replace my intel motherboard and cpu to an amd motherboard and cpu. Not happy. The tech support agents are not telling the truth and their quality control is bad for warranty work.
