United KingdomDoctor Thirry was very considerate and advised me with sincerity. He not only explain the process, but has been also very honest about what I need and especially how much. He performed Botox and filler injections. He respected the shape of my face and I very much look like myself.

United KingdomI had been a customer of this company for many years. During a treatment carried out earlier this year I was left scarred. They simply wrote me off saying there was nothing they could do to resolve this. The issue I had attended with now looks a whole lot worse. The doctor who caused the scarring said he would offer me a refund. I didn’t refuse or accept the offer at the time as I was so upset and couldn’t wait to leave the clinic. I requested my patient notes and aswell as receiving photos of another patient I noticed that it stated that on two separate occasions that I had been offered a refund. Lies!! Completely made up in my notes. I was offered a refund only once. I contacted the clinic to accept this offer to be told that although the doctor had offered a refund, the complaints department had decided not to proceed with it. Apparently I had been notified by email of this decision earlier this year. No email had been received by me. In fact I had been told earlier this month that the refund was still being considered. An absolute sham of a company with a high staff turnaround which says it all really. I would urge people to avoid this company as they don’t care about their customers at all and think it’s acceptable behaviour to leave you scarred with no recourse!! Disgusting behaviour!!
