I didn’t receive my product and no telephone number to contact with them
Completely incompetent. Took them 12 days just to send my order. And when it arrived it was the wrong stuff. STAY AWAY!!
How is this a company? Ordered The 28th Of november. Still havent received My order. Store customer service, No response What so ever.
Pretty shocking Ordered 2 items (pen refills) 6th Sept. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks so send email to their customer service - no response for 12 days. Told me items out of stock, this information was not available online when ordering. Let’s see how long the refund will take! Should have read the trustpilot reviews before using them… never again!
