NetherlandsCheap ass pick up point cost me half an hour to get my order, XXL shirt and trousers were way (and I mean WAY) too short. So back half an hour again to the cheap ass pick up point for the return. Had to pay for postage. Bye bye Skagen.
FinlandCustomer support is bad and images don’t match the reality!!! I ordered a pair of baggy linen pants and just as I bought them, the system changed the size of the pants to a smaller one. I tried contacting customer support and the whole company on a variety of ways but they didn’t message back so that I could change the size of my order. So, I had to buy the same pants from them in the correct size (I originally chose). Bear in mind I had to pay for two separate orders’ shipping. When I finally got the pants, I was shocked at how short they were. I’m the exact same height and weight as the model in the pictures so I was expecting the same type of fit. I was clearly wrong. Now I’ll have to return both of them and suffer the hasle and shipping costs! All in all, customer support is inadequate and weak, and the clothes do not fit as they seem. I would not recommend!
PolandI ordered pants and didn't receive the package. The pants were returned to them. They received the package on March 4th. I still haven't received a refund and customer service doesn't respond to emails or messages on Instagram. I feel cheated and this should be reported somewhere. I will definitely advise against shopping with them
