On the positive, Frankie was absolutely lovely during my telephone appointment. That’s where it ends. I had my call on 12th August and paid £59 along with signing up to £4.99 a month for them to hold the will and make changes free of charge. It’s now 5th November, I still have no will and have been charged 2 lots of £4.99. Frankie was sympathetic when I chased the first time but was on compassionate leave when I called again.Joy on my second attempt at chasing basically told me I’m being unreasonable to expect to have it by now and I should have been aware that the £4.99 kicks in immediately, even if there is no document to hold. I really wish I’d gone to the co-op as I’ve lost all hope of this company coughing up a document. Very tempted to cancel my direct debit and write off the £59 to go to a reputable companyUpdate: The review prompted action and Trish was lovely on the phone. My documents will be posted tomorrow and training will be looked into, also refunding the £4.99 charges. If all staff were like Frankie and Trish, this would be an outstanding company

I would give 0 Stars if I could. Had to chase and chase to get anywhere. I called recently with a further and what should be simple query and have got absolutely no further forward ! Calls are not returned, emails dont seem to be answered either.
