SILK Laser Clinic Mandurah, a McDonald's drive through service only rude with a uncaring attitude, aggressive when questioned about any fault of there own or refunds, the manager Bailey Mason wraps it in red tape and hangs up midway through the conversation, she requires that you fill out an red tape lengthy essay, in order for your statement to be under review. I would hate to see how they run when they butcher someone.
If there was an option for negative stars, I would have given one. This was my first experience with Silk Laser Clinic, Woden, and it was extremely disappointing. During my initial visit for laser hair removal, there was no consultation, nor did anyone ask me any questions about my skin or medical history. After my third session, they suddenly asked me to fill out a form that clearly included a question about keloids — to which I ticked “yes.” Despite this, they continued with the treatment as usual. During my fifth session, after completing half of my face, the therapist went to the manager and came back saying they couldn’t continue because I have keloids — something they had already known and discussed in previous sessions. She left me halfway through the treatment and asked me to leave, even when I politely requested that she finish the rest of the face. There are many other skin clinics that are far more professional and customer-focused. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
Just wanted to share my experience with Silk Laser Mandurah. I’m a regular customer of treatment at this store I had an appointment and called to cancel and reschedule due to work commitments. The way in the staff member spoke to me was distasteful and out right rude. She simply said as you have not given us notice u will be charged a fee. My response was is this how your good customers are treated given the fact I have called to cancel and reschedule. The staff member simply hung up on me. How right rude customer service. Called back asked if she just hung up on me and she said yes apparently I was abusive to her and was yelling. She then went to say my work commitments are not her problem. Her manager Bailey got on the phone and that was a waste of time as she never wanted to resolve anything just say I was abusive and her staff member was right. I will never use this business again and won’t refer people. Cannot believe as a good customer of this business this is the way I’m treated. If I could give 0 stars I would Appalling Customer Service
