I ordered two sleeping bags more than three weeks ago; my card was charged for the total (plus additional unapproved expenses, which they claim will be refunded), but to date my items are simply listed in "pre-ship" status. Every call goes to voicemail; when I e-mail asking when I can expect my items to ship, I get a reply telling me they're overwhelmed with orders, and "appreciate my patience". They were more than willing and able to charge my card immediately, but do not seem to be able to produce the items I ordered.
I ordered on December 8, 2025, 10 emergency sleeping bags, 10 emergency shelters and 10 water filter life straws as gifts for family for Christmas. I even paid for the extra warranty and insurance for shipping. Well nothing has shown up. I sent emails and called. I did receive emails back and was provided two different tracking numbers. The carrier is Yanwen. The last update was on December 22, 2025. I did receive an email from Thelma apologizing for the delay and stating they were overwhelmed with orders. However, I can’t get through on the phone number left in their email. What is disappointing is that I could have ordered through Amazon their product and had delivery in less than 10 days. Now I just want my money back and I will go elsewhere….. but now all I hear is silence from them. So I will have to go through the dispute process with my credit card company and bank…..

I just recently ordered an item from this company 2 days ago, only to find out that they are shipping it out to a wrong address which I've never lived at. Its all the way up in Connecticut and I reside in Illinois. When I tried to contact the company numerous of times...at least 8 different times, via emails, texts, online chat, phone calls, I was either hung up on or re-directed back to the beginning and having to start all over again with the customer service department!!! This went on for hours. This company is very deceiving and unprofessional and does not care after they take your money! They are literally going to ship my order to someone else across the country because they dont want to return my messages or emails or phone calls so I can bring their shipment error to their attention. At this point I'm pretty convinced this is fraud or spam and will be reporting them tomorrow morning since they clearly have chosen to not respond back!
I ordered a n Ember Jacket Nov 25th that was to come with a free hot pocket. I received confirmation of my order together with the order number. I have not received it and have contacted (by chat) the company. I have had three seperate ticket numbers opened asking for the tracking number for the shipment. I have also called their number and left a voicemail. Is this a legit site? Should I report to Paypal? I am very frustrated as this is a main gift for my son and I am not getting any response from the seller. Suggestions please.
