I placed a prepaid order for Nokia 150 Dual SIM black color. But, received red color with a scratch on the screen with a 4-day delay. Customer support asked me to send a unpacking video which I did. They never responded after that. If call them at +91-9220502764 they just ask my order number and pretend for sometime that they are doing something and will tell me that they are gonna respond to my email. I literally followed them for a week and then lost the hope. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I never experienced this before with any other e-commerce website. I was searching how to compliant or take an action on them. Appreciate if someone can help me on that. I found this on google and thought of expressing here. PS: Lesson learnt: Do not place orders on any new or unknown e-commerce website falling prey for their offers.
Customer service is not good because they will not understand customer issue. they will not resolve my issue even multiple time called you. My purchased product is defect but they will not accept. I have purchased Mi band I have raise compline but I didn't get solution
