United StatesI ordered a washer/dryer, but by the time it arrived, I had fixed my old one. I canceled the order a day before it was scheduled to arrive. The restocking fee was $500. Shop appliance reduced the fee to $250 to keep me happy and a satisfied customer. Doing this shows they are an honest company and put the customer ahead of profiteering. I need a stove soon, and I will buy one from them as a way to make up for the unfortunate cancellation. The customer support was world-class! I highly recommend giving them a shot.
