received my order and was a pod short contacted air up and they were great and sent me a replacement straight away.
Air up… I have messaged you over and over again, used your chat system which only asks for my order number and emailed several times. All I want to do is BUY a replacement sipper mouthpiece. I want to GIVE YOU MY MONEY for a replacement mouthpiece for the sipper. But no-one will help me order the right one! Our current bottle is leaking as the mouth piece is broken and my child is swallowing bits of plastic. We’ve had to cancel our subscription until this is resolved. Come on Air up, you can do better! My daughter has been desperate to get an Air Up for ages and in the first week it’s leaked non stop. I don’t understand how you can design a product like this with a target audience of children that leaks. The response is that it should be held upright. Really!!! A glass of water doesn’t leak if you hold it upright. As usual, I get a million marketing emails from the day I purchased with some even asking for feedback. When I tell them it’s leaking and I want a refund it’s then 3-4 business days to get back to me. Strange how eager they are before you buy and after you’ve bought but the minute there’s a problem it’s AI chatbots and long waits. Say what you want about Amazon but at least I can get a resolution to most problems within 5 minutes. AVOID!
A school project gone too far The bottle leaks, the pods don’t last more than a day and a half. The scents (flavours) are questionable, chemically and expensive. The use of plastic pods going to landfill when we should be more environmentally conscious is a tad absurd. If you don’t like plain water, add some lime or cordial and save your money on this nonsense
