It was all very smooth: from the first visit and design to the installation. Today our furniture was finished and we are very happy with it. Billy Greaves did a great job on the installation, took care to ask us our preferences and explained everything.
My Sharps bedroom furniture was fitted last week and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m actually chuffed to bits. When I started the process with Sharps I’d imagined how my bedroom would look when it was completed and it’s exactly as I’d imagined. I spent a lot of time with Mark, from sales. There was no urgency or limit on his time and he was very helpful with my design. Ross, the surveyor came out to double check the initial design and was completely open to me changing a couple of things, He was really helpful with advising me on some of the pre installation work required, including the positioning of additional electric sockets and options for the depth of the wardrobes. The fitter, Michael Fox, rang me the evening before the installation to introduce himself and briefly talk me through the process, which I thought was a really nice touch. I mentioned that my bedroom was newly painted and decorated and had a brand new LVT floor. I’d seen how many different components had been delivered to the room and was obviously a bit worried about potential damage while he was putting it all together. He gave me lots of reassurance about how much care he would be taking. I have to say his workmanship was absolutely top notch and he had an open, warm and friendly manner to match. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharps to any of my family and friends or anyone else looking for quality and professionalism from start to finish.

We ordered a cupboard for our second bedroom/office and a sliding door wardrobe for our bedroom. We are extremely happy with the wardrobe and cupboard, they are exactly as we imagined, the quality is excellent. The best part of the experience was the fitter he was very skilled and experienced. He spoke with us throughout the fitting on any decisions he needed, shelf heights, rails etc and was extremely personable, friendly and professional and most importantly has done an amazing job. Luca I would with no hesitation recommend :) The reason I haven’t given 5 stars was the delivery and delay on fitting. The parts were all delivered 2 days prior to our booked date. Unfortunately the day before fitting we were told the fitter had a technical issue on the previous job, our date was pushed back by one day. The following day it was pushed back again. This meant another weekend with everything from the bedrooms all over the flat. The fitter came on the Saturday and was due to finish on the Monday. He realised the wrong items had been delivered for the main room and it took another day for these to come. The job was eventually completed on the Tuesday! Great product and fitter, not so good on checking the right items are delivered!
