Create new healthy habits and lose weight with Second Nature.
The recipes are a real help along with the advice provided by the online coaches. Having the opportunity to revisit topics is also very helpful as I am picking up more information the second time around.
Daily articles are good for understanding my condition, and how I can improve it.Monitoring weight, daily steps provides something to focus on.Recipes are great and also give stimulus for adapting other recipes to be more of a balanced plate.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a health and wellbeing programme.I joined Second Nature following a recommendation from my GP because I am prediabetic and considered at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes. I have also experienced gestational diabetes in two previous pregnancies, making healthy lifestyle support particularly important for me.After diligently following the programme, I became pregnant with my third child. The very same day I informed my coach of my pregnancy, I was removed from the programme without warning, support, or any meaningful discussion. What was most disappointing was not the decision itself, but the manner in which it was handled—abruptly, insensitively, and with a complete lack of compassion. It is deeply concerning that a programme designed to help people reduce their risk of diabetes appears unable or unwilling to support women at one of the most critical stages of their health journey. Pregnancy is a time when nutritional guidance and healthy habit support are arguably more important than ever.I felt dismissed simply because I became pregnant. Regardless of company policy, there should be a more ethical, respectful, and supportive way to treat expectant mothers.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this programme. Healthcare providers and organisations supporting vulnerable patients should demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and continuity of care—not abandon participants when they need support the most.
Offers many different ways to address possible diabetes. The approach is non judgemental and encouraging as well as realistic in accommodating busy lives. The programme offers variety and supports ongoing engagement through sustain courses. I already knew much of what was suggested but there were lots of helpful reminders. Thank you.
