I am giving one because zero is not an option. It's being going 2 months to repair my refrigerator. Parts came fast but the technician never came to appointments despite making us wait all day for them and last minute rescheduling. Sometimes one show up but had no idea what the job was. Disgusting, irresponsible, unacceptable with warranty repairs. Update: I have an answer from Sears saying to call.. same.old thing.. call, get a machine, give me a new appt and.nobody shows up - 2 more times since my posted review. Disgjsting!

I cannot find any way to speak to a live person about a billing dispute. The number I was given is all automated. Online is chat but not able to talk and explain the issue. Very frustrating

Would give zero stars if I could. Took the day off work and the first technician was a complete no-show. They sent a second person the following day with the understanding they would waive my diagnostic fee due to the no-show. That guy walked in didn’t even get on his hands and knees to look at my refrigerator —he ordered a brand new icemaker and told me a third guy would come out to install it when the part arrived. Third guy who was very capable and knowledgeable opened the part and said this is not needed. It is incorrect. In fact, the part I needed is no longer available, so he took it back and authorized a full refund. Six weeks later, I don’t have a refund And I have called over and over and over again and get lost in their stupid AI phone screening. I am out every penny of this with no refund in sight, let alone the diagnostic fee. It’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Do not use this company!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had my third cancelled appointment to fix my oven in the past month. They have only AI (both online and by phone), which is absolutely no help at all. They schedule their appointments from 8 am - 5 pm with no updates. If you reach out to AI, they will tell you your appointment is confirmed and then 10 minutes later they will cancel it forcing you to miss a full day of work for absolutely nothing. It's Easter weekend and I'm now without an oven because my appointment was cancelled again. Worst customer service ever. Absolutely do not recommend. Update: Calling won't make a difference when it's only AI and no live agents available. Same for the website.
