I ordered a gift for Mother’s Day and paid the £7.99 next day delivery so it would come in time… my order was still processing 2 days later so I emailed and was assured that my item would be sent out that day and would arrive the following day… they also made a point of saying they had bumped my delivery up to make sure it arrived the next day even though I had paid for next day delivery anyway so wasn’t really doing me any favours… the item never arrived so I had to chase again to find out where it was as I wasn’t given any tracking information through DPD as they usually do… my item was never posted out and after having to email numerous times the reply I got was what is you order number which I gave out 3 times through emails… then when I asked for a refund the answer was that the item was out of stock so was never actually posted out anyway and I was fobbed off for days. Avoid!!
I ordered a jumper which on arrival had clearly been worn. It had multiple areas of Pilling and no store label on it. They also dispatched the wrong size to what I had ordered. I had to chase for a full refund. Not a good experience, not impressed and certainly won't be purchasing from this store again
This was my second purchase from Sandersons online store and I have been so impressed each time with the quality of the items, care of packaging and speed of delivery. Highly recommended!
Made an online purchase and had no update for a week (despite shipping being noted as 3 - 4 days). I contacted the team who took their sweet time to tell me that they dont have my order in warehouse stock and as a result of me flaggingthw whereabouts of my order are now looking at locating it across their shop fronts and would get back to me the same day. They did not and it took me multiple attempts to get an update. They then blamed an incorrect postal address...absolute nonsense. 2 weeks later and finally got the order. They are denying its from a store and has been tried on (which it very obviously from the packaging and quality has) and despite the fact that they didnt honour their delivery period or didn't tell me that the item wasn't even in stock, are not offering even a free refund. I've had better customer service at lower end range stores. Also why show something online as in stock when it's not? Needless to say I wont be ordering from them again...I don't purchase items to have to manage the logistics and admin myself!
