Suspect company, disappointing quality and customer service. For the price, I expected a quality gift but received what appears to be a cheap product you can buy on Amazon for far less. The generic looking box has improper grammar and doesn’t even say “Sand Art Home” on it. After 4 emails to customer service requesting to return the item since it was clearly not the giftable quality I expected, I received a reply from “Emma C.” using a Gmail address (??) stating that I had to mail it to their UK warehouse and pay for shipping and customs. I responded asking them to update their website with accurate return information so that future US customers are not deceived by the statement currently on their website: “We are fully committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order. We offer returns and have a 100% money back guarantee for all products that are detective, damaged during shipping or simply not as you expected.” While I fully understood that I would be responsible for return shipping, I was misled by their claim ensuring satisfaction since only offering international returns clearly means the product is not actually returnable due to the exorbitant cost and their “100% money back guarantee” is not a guarantee at all.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the craftsmanship is unreal — heavy frame, smooth glass, stunning color contrast, it fits perfectly with my minimal setup and just brings this elegant, tranquil energy to the room that nothing else does.

I’m a designer and pretty picky when it comes to aesthetics, but this piece is stunning. The movement of the sand is so organic, it’s like watching nature itself create art. The build quality feels premium. Solid materials, clean finish, and the colors blend beautifully. It adds warmth and calm to my workspace.
