Lack of price transparency!!!!This was my first time going to Rush Salon. I booked in for a root touch-up (around an inch of regrowth) and went for a patch test beforehand, where I was told prices started at around £60.However, on the day of my appointment, once I was already in the chair, I was suddenly told there would be an extra £70 surcharge for long hair. This was never mentioned when I booked or during the patch test consultation.Had I’d had enough time to book elsewhere before my event, I would have walked out.In the end, for a root touch-up, toner, and a simple straight blow-dry, the total came to £145!!!!! Very disappointing experience due to the complete lack of upfront pricing transparency.

Watford salon. Had issues getting a patch test. Hairdresser started doing someone else’s hair, leaving me sat in the head bath for a long time. Left the toner on too long and the front pieces were slightly blue. Still had strong roots at the end despite asking for a balayage. Hairdresser barely spoke and only offered me a drink half way through. Was quoted the wrong amount but they did honour the lower amount. Saw a mouse in the corner of the salon.

I was seen by Brooke who did a exceptional job on my hair I didn’t expect it to turn out the way it did she was an absolute diamond very nice and the best with giving a massage whilst washing my hair

I had a great experience. My stylist, Paige, was amazing - she did a thorough consultation and the result was exactly what we discussed. The staff were all really friendly and I felt very welcomed (was my first visit). Looking forward to my next appointment!
