I was another one who had bought Rosetta Stone in the past and when wanting to try to pick it back up I was told I would have to buy it all over again due to "changing technology". Be warned if you think you're buying a lifetime product you're not. Once technology changes be prepared to spend more money.

I have an old version of their Italian Language program - It has recently come up with an error message. Rosetta Stone refused to help as they no longer support a product that cost a lot of money. The support advise was to buy their latest version!! What a disgraceful way to treat customers

To be honest I won't buy it if I try it before. Their marketing is great and I bought Lifetime but was so disappointed. The app and the web don't work together. Doesn't recognize voice (I have a problem only in this app). I wish I could get my money back but I couldn't even find a support button. There are much better apps to learn a language! Don't waste your money even if you think it's worth it.

This program has you repeat words in which you dont even know the meaning of them. So while you struggle to repeat or understand what they are saying, you also have NO idea what one is saying. It would be helpful to have the Spanish version. English version. But to repeat in Spanish. I find this program extremely difficult and frustrating but will stick with it. I will start over as well to see if it helps. If it does, I will write another review.
