The response time from customer service was several days, which is unacceptable when an order is already overdue. When I asked for a concrete delivery date, the support team was unable to provide any clear information and openly admitted that they did not know when the shipment would arrive. Despite declaring a delivery timeframe, they completely failed to meet it. Information about delays was only provided after the promised delivery date had already passed and I sent an email. On top of that, their website works poorly. I had multiple issues with the checkout process, and my payment failed several times before it finally went through. Overall, this approach to customer service and order handling feels unprofessional. I eventually canceled my order and bought the same product from another store for a slightly higher price, with delivery within two days. I would not recommend this shop if you value reliable delivery, transparent communication, and a properly functioning website.
