USUSI joined Ro and they were very helpful in the beginning. After my first month and them bilking me out of a year’s worth of medication. Plus $149 a month. The next month they sent me a text message saying I have a message. I was told that after the doctor went over everything they would let me know when the medication would ship. Never happened. My medicine was hot. Because I had no idea it had been shipped. I wasn’t notified as stated. Then they lied and said it wouldn’t affect the medication. The next month the same thing happened even after I told them about the first time. I checked with google and my pharmacy and they said if the medication wasn’t kept cool it rendered it ineffective. I’m awaiting my money back except for the first month! I can see anyone making a mistake. But to lie and say it didn’t matter that the medicine wouldn’t be affected was a flat out lie. They tried to do again! I really hope they refund my money because I’m really upset that they lied and at that price it’s criminal!
USUSThe sign up and questionnaire process is very easy. I thought the pricing was presented in an easy to understand format. I am paying months in advance to get better pricing, so hopefully it will make the cost of medication less impactful, month to month. My medication was packaged, shipped and delivered on time. I plan to stay with Ro for the duration of this journey.
