I just can't praise the Rituals branch at Teesside Park highly enough. The store is always immaculate and each visit is such an enjoyable experience I keep popping back. All the staff are professional but a special shout out to the Assistant Manager and Amelia. You both were so helpfully and Amelia thank you for the advice on the products. X
I was using the sinks at rituals and I used two of the hand soap and one of the member of staff approached me and said that enough products and said that I should only use one however the child next to me was using all sorts of them and he didn't say anything to me bear in mind I am a brown person and the person next to me was white
Awful customer service. I order monthly from Rituals. Most recent order 25th July. Order been lost twice. On speaking with Rituals yet again, on 12th August, I was told it had been sent for a third time, track and trace and here we are 18th August still no products. No offer of compensation, not even delivery fee, considering they have now held onto it for over 3 weeks. There e-mails are very fanciful, peace and tranquility etc, but it appears this is just a facade, as they take days to respond to a complaint and don’t seem to want to take any responsibility. Expensive product. Atrocious after sales. Won’t be buying from them again.
Poor quality packaging, have had numerous leaks , pump items fail to work, all very expensive and not what you would expect.
