Seller sold me a defective item. I contacted Reverb because I did not test unit until 1 month later. They said the return policy was over, and the seller never got back to me after I contacted him 3 times over one month. Goodbye reverb. I will never use you or the seller again.
I love using Reverb to sell my old gear and pick up new pieces. The site connects you with a huge variety of instruments, and the feedback system makes transactions trustworthy. It’s a reliable and affordable way to buy and sell music equipment.
Found what I wanted easily and completed the purchase without any hassle.
Long time Reverb buyer/seller here. I recently discovered that a number of my sales from last year were not paid out to my bank acct. They were also missing from my payout history. These were successful sales with 5-star ratings by the buyer and the orders were noted on my page as being paid off. After inquiring with the chat agent recently, he asked me to confirm a bank acct. number that I did not recognize. Reverb somehow sent my payouts to a random account number. I have been waiting for a response from a "specialized team" to no avail. I am shocked that this could happen and more shocked at the lack of response from the company to correct the situation. This should cause concern for everyone who sells on this platform.
