I'm so glad I changed to Republic of cats food, my cat really loves it. My cat is 16 years old and so, fussy with what she eats, I've tried a number of different cat foods. She just nibbled and walked away but, this one is a winner. I recommend to all cat lovers, worth the price too. Thank you.

Still no delivery of cat food. Took my payment and now haven’t delivered. Condescending email about where to look for the contact information. Terrible service from a company who doesn’t care about its loyal customers. I would like a refund for the payment taken in 12 April. Louise from so called customer services is useless So I have now been asked twice to give my personal details so that the company can look into it further. Actually I have written you emails with my private telephone number asking that you contact me but so far I have heard nothing from you. Do you really think I’m gonna put all my private identification details in this forum for the whole world to see And now the company is saying that they can’t find any communication from me at all. And that tells you everything you need to know about this business. AVOID!

Had an issue with delivery where a significant number of tins were damaged. On contacting RoC, they were friendly, helpful and they put it right straight away. I felt valued as a customer, which I was delighted with as my cat loves their food!

Excellent customer service. The Republic want to make sure their customers are happy and they do a brilliant job. My cat enjoys their food and there is a good choice available which is not too expensive when the high quality is taken into account.
