United KingdomPaid for fast shipping, but they sent the wrong item. Contacted them to explain I needed it before I left for the holidays and that they shipped the wrong item, but they refused to send me a replacment until they received the wrong item back. What made matters worse is I was told I had to return it within 14 days or I wasn't entitled to a replacement despite being home for the holidays. The cherry on the cake is I didn't even receive a refund for the origional shipping despite their mistake. The ONLY reason I'm not giving this 1 star is that the item I received was genuine and not a cheep knockoff.
