Disgusted is an understatement, l was encouraged to take out a policy which would either repair my 4 year old washing machine, or replace it, if unable to fix. Well after waiting 4 weeks and being continually fobbed off as to "waiting for the parts". The upcoming engineer visit, was cancelled on the morning of the visit, and told they couldn't fix it, despite previously being told twice they were waiting for parts. They then took it upon themselves to cancel my policy, and give me a refund of payments made! I am still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COST.
This company was horrible to me the product replacement team was terrible they had massive attitude problems kept hanging up on me sent me the wrong links for a easy swap asked for the manger he hung up on me all Sled to speak to his manager he said he wouldn’t call message or give me his name and everyone else wouldn’t give me their name either I recorded the phone call so will be using that against them
The Repair & Care plan is a complete joke. They were unable to repair but refused to replace, so I'm stuck with having to buy a new washer-dryer with no help from these people I've been paying to fix precisely these issues. Disgusting.
Had to wait 4 days for a engineer to come out and when he left my kitchen was like a swimming pool with soaking wet towels on the floor and my rug was soaking wet ruined and also left me the mess that had clogged up the washing machine! Nice gift in the sink for me! But seriously I explained that I had a disability which is severe emphysema and fibromyalgia but landed on deaf ears as he didn’t clean any mess up! Disappointed with his lack of care in cleaning up his mess!
