The repair of my daughter's laptop charger was easy. Delivering the broken part to the school and then picking up the repaired part from the school is what made our job so much easier. The only problem was that the repair took more than a month, which is a long time. Although 2 weeks of that was during the Christmas holidays.

Good service, the processes of handing over the new equipment and repairing damage are very smooth and straight forward.
