United StatesThe leads (skip tracing) have not been great in the first month so far. The sales person said that the skip tracing was better than Propstream / Batch Leads but I have yet to see it.

I’ve been using REI Sift for a while now, and I’m really frustrated with how buggy and unclear the platform has become—especially when it comes to filtering and managing records. For example, the zip code search feature often doesn’t work, even when I know the record exists. It seems like there’s a specific (but confusing) way to search by zip—possibly involving a slash or special format—but it’s not straightforward at all, and the existing filters just don’t function properly. Another big issue is with single skip tracing. It requires multiple unnecessary steps. I have to first add a record to a list, then skip trace it from there. Just adding a property to a list takes 4-5 minutes every single time. For adding, I have to go into the shift map, assign it to my account, select the list again, and then wait. The record sits in “processing” or “queuing” for a couple of minutes, and then takes another 2 minutes to finally appear in the list. This has been consistently happening for over a month. I’ve already reported these issues to the REI Sift support team, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. The lack of responsiveness and efficiency is really disappointing, especially for a tool that’s supposed to streamline my workflow. Hope this helps someone considering the platform. Right now, it’s just not reliable for me.
