United KingdomYesterday i baught a 100€ bitsa card but there was some error after i baught it i had the money taken from my bank account and didn't get the in website code as the error was on the website while it was loading. but then later i received a email statement of the transaction that it went through yet my bank app shows it was pending..today i checked my bank account and the payment is no longer pending. My question is the bitsa card active or my money is lost and the bitsa card is no longer valid and am i able to get a refund?
