I've been a customer of Rebel for a few months now. The 2 issues I've raised have been dealt with, in minutes- Not the usual '24 Hour' response time that you'll get with SKY. The connection is consistently very good, no fault with speed or WiFi connectivity. I was a little apprehensive with preference generally resting with a mainstream provider, but I'm pleasantly surprised.
Outstanding service, fast speeds. Easy to set up and use and their customer service agents are prompt and helpful. Highly recommend you give them a go instead of the more established names
