First class customer support throughout. Spoke directly to a sales adviser for the order, and RDO were able to arrange delivery and installation on the following day. Queries on the installation and on the product warranty were dealt with rapidly. All in all, a really excellent service.

Ordered a fridge on 17 April and chose Wed 23 April as the delivery date. The order confirmation said someone would contact me to re-confirm delivery and answer any questions I may have. It is now Tuesday 22 April, 7.30 pm and no contact has been made to confirm delivery or give me a slot - no email, phone call or text message. A day off work wasted. Not very professional. Not impressed.
