Horrible company, my car broke down a week in advance and it had to stay at the dealer for 3 weeks, so I couldn't park my car. I even got an automaticmail answer that they would refund my money. When you sign up they tell you that you get your money back if you cancel in time. Never got my money back and still fighting for it. They even lie over the phone, she told me I was payed back November 15th, guess what they wrote me an e-mail on the 20th that they were processing it. And I had to wait. this does't even make sence. It's December 6th and still no refund. It's just time consuming writing mails and calling them, it's just to much

Horrendous service. We waited 2 hours for them to return our car when I finally managed to speak to them. They did not answer the phone for numerous calls and were rude.

Do not park here.Car broken into and luggage stolen.Cameras apparently not working when I asked for film to give to police.
