2025 DISASTER- I have been doing business with Alex for many years because of his knowledge and quality products. In the past 2 years I feel he is letting his company slip cause of the poor quality of shipping and incompetent employees that complete packages for shipment. In the past year or so, items received are without a packing slip of content. If it was my company, there would be a packing slip with the packers initials on invoice. By doing so, you know which moo moo to go to that keeps messing up orders!!. I believe that ever since orders come out of California vs NJ have been the worst for his business. ORDER #264830 3/21/25 Ordered 2 Tectanic Reds. Received 1. Texted Alex and he took care of it. Thank you. ORDER #268010 7/29/25 Orderded Citrulline. Never received it till this day of 2-3-25. I got pissed and sent Alex a nasty text- nothing. Order #289120 12/21/25 Never received my Creapure. Sent Alex a calmer text. No response. I have read many reviews on this and seems that i am not alone.
Ok so i order from them for a long time! The products are good but it seems to me that my purchase is always put on the back of the list. I ordered this last time a cpc stack. Key word :stack", so i get after waiting 9 days to process my order a shipping notification informs me that its shipping! I sent Mr. Rogers a text to remind them to process my order everyday before it shipped. The day it ships, I get a sorry we are out of stock on one of the three items that consist " rilrose" . My understanding of a stack is to take them together to create more nutrients for recovery. This is used post workout. With out one product its irrelevant. Never asked what I would like to do wait, order something else. He chose wait. I've been waiting since the 14th for the rilrose, his excuse for my order being processed delayed was that they launched a new product and it hit! Good for him but that should never affect my order. Hasn't returned my text, email, so im letting everyone know how he has conducted business with me! I've had orders in the past that got lost, he replaced had no choice! I believe its either the fact im by the border, or my must no like mixed ethnic people. Or simply he may be a nutritional guru, but not a very good business, customer service, or even a person who is trying to help people achieve the fitness goals. He is in this for the money. Not a care for anyone else goals,
Credit card was charged on the day order was placed. Order was not shipped and all attempts to contact were never answered.Called CC company and started a dispute. Will not order again from them.What happened? They were a good company.
