Bradley and the team at Production Gear were friendly, really helpful, and gave great service - plus had a great chat with them too.

The PG team have always been great, speedy delivery and nice and easy to deal with.
Fantastic experience dealing with Steve and his team at Production Gear. We bought the EasyRig, and they were super helpful with talking us through the different options and add-ons. Will definitely buy more from them in future!

Extremely bad service. Contacted them in the morning to place and order and find out about shipping, was told would get an email within minutes. Hours passed and no email. Contacted them again and was told the sales man a Bradley Rider had gone for lunch and would send an email on his return at 1400 hours. Completely ignored my order and thought of his interests first. Then at 14.44 i contacted them again asking for the email, the person said he would chase him. At 15.05 got an email from Bradley saying apologies for the delay and by the way the item is out of stock and would contact the manufacturer to find out when is on stock. So it took him hours to eventually tell me they don't have the item they advertise on their site for sale in stock. Shocking.
