We are new to the world of POD and have been experimenting with different suppliers. We thought we'd give Printify a go as the reviews were good and the prices were also competitive. So we were happily using them until one morning about a month ago we noticed Printify decided to start sending out 1 of our items to everyone that placed an order. Approximately 25 orders were created, luckily we were able to cancel about 15 of them but 10 t-shirts all with the same design got shipped out on our behalf and we had to pay for them. We are now coming into 4 weeks and multiple messages asking for assistance to sort this out, but we are being ignored. There is a message at the top of their website saying they are currently overwhelmed by messages, for obvious reasons. The clowns sent stock out around the world on behalf of their clients and now they don't now how to address the situation because they owe everyone money. We lost $175USD to this stuff up of theirs and it looks as though they are just hoping we all forget about it and move on. Consequently we now use Gelato and haven't had any issues with them other than a couple of lost parcels which they replaced immediately. Poor effort Printify, you need a new head of customer service to deal with these issues properly instead of sweeping them under the rug and hoping for the best. Update: Not sure why Printify bothered contacting me as they still aren't interested in looking into what actually happened with their system and refuse to take the blame for their system sending out 25 of the same product to people who didn't order it... If you sent out what people ordered it wouldn't be an issue but you created the exact same order for 25 people that didn't order it and you sent it to 10 people before I could stop it. I guess you could say I was lucky enough to stop the other 15 orders going out... I am amazed no one will actually look into this properly and you'd rather just keep making excuses.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! My order was printed too low AND off center. Rather then Help solve the problem they exhaust you with requests for photos, sku numbers, sizes etc. most of which could be obtained if they simply looked at your order. Once you send in what they want they send back another request! There intention is to exhaust you with requests until you give up! There is no phone number to call so it’s all email which takes days, weeks to deal with. I will NEVER use this company again. They still have not made it right and I expect they never will. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are using drop ship they are quite literally “banking” on you never seeing the end product and you will have to deal with a bunch of unhappy customers getting shoddy t-shirts. There are too many good companies with great customer service to even bother with Printify. Lesson learned.
Currently waiting over two weeks for a reply to a number of my emails, no ETA no tracking number, very poor customer service and communication with lengthy delays. To top this off, the digital database struggles with multiple logos of similar nature, submitting the order myself with two similar logos with different writing and then having the whole order with the same logo not as I had ordered added extra delays. Currently five weeks in total with no product and over $600 spent leaving me very dissatisfied!!!
