We trust the information on your web site is correct, however this is not correct and your customer service response was unacceptable.

The salesperson strongly pushed me to buy their toner and warned me that using other brands would void the warranty. The way this was presented felt forceful and made it uncomfortable. I also checked their website and saw no mention of such a warranty condition. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of their customers also mention being called and pressured to buy toner. This seems to be a recurring issue. I were okay with buying the printer, but their pushy sales tactic and unclear warranty information made me lose trust
