The worst experience. Booked through Expedia and didn’t know I was getting this joke of a company that truly belong behind bars. They rented me a very damaged vehicle and had me take pics and video. I dropped it off and no one was there and then was quickly rushed onto the shuttle bus. (Was told my vehicle originally was on airport property) it was not. They ran my credit card after I left 5 times for all different amounts from $700 to almost $2k. So I called them and they told me there was a scratch on the bumper. This is all lies and I have the proof. They said they’ll call a claim in to my insurance co.
Scammers. Their office was supposed to close at 11pm but told me before flight that they are closed at 10pm. Sent me to 24seven Car Rental which I had to take a bus, & then Uber there. They then charged me 2.5x more for car, and did not accept my insurance, made me pay $30 a day more for their insurance. Next, car was faulty, stopped every lights, had to wait 10-30 min to restart. Refused to have it towed back & refused to send new car to hotel. My 3 days of appointments & meetings were all delayed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Don't believe their website. Fees are higher when you get to the counter. They also added a $50 Franchise Fee..... what a scam. Very dishonest. Stick with the brand names from the USA. Don't trust Puerto Rico business.
Be very careful NOT to use this car hire company. I have now been waiting 5 months for them to return my 2000 dirham deposit. All they do is make excuses. I have had to report them to the online portal that I booked through and start a legal case. What J's sad is that Kayak a d other leading online portals are just giving any car hire company and don't even look at the reviews so its a scary place to ship on line when there are companies taking advantage of their customers like this
