GBGBCustomer service are a waste of time Had two Preston intensity reels since November One is not working as should do They say send it to a company to have it repaired and have to pay I won’t be buying cheap rubbish from them ever again £300 on two reels and can’t use one until I have paid to have it repaired
DEDEGBGBHaving recently purchased a Preston Hardcase Rod Safe makes you wonder if they ever try these things out before putting them on the market! The 3No. internal Velcro straps have to be threaded in order to tighten which is awkward even in the dry but to do after a fishing match in the rain is almost impossible! You have to release the straps in order to get your rods out. There is room for 4No. rod and reel set-ups but you can't fit them them in unless your reels are tiny. I can fit in 2No. rod with reels and two rods on their own. Not what it was purchased for. I have my Airity Pro Pole in the other half but the straps are loose and the pole moves on transit. NOT GOOD.
