I made an order that was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I noticed that the shipment had been divided into 2 partial shipments, first one being ready for delivery. After waiting 4 weeks I sent an email, got a fast response that they are out of stock for a small adaptor, and the order will be sent after 5-6 more weeks. I told them that their platform tells me about partial deliveries. They told me that it must be an error and they wont do partial shipments, I'll just have to wait. After waiting 3 more weeks the order was shipped. Received it today, the products were fine. It seems you can't trust what their website and platform tells you, and the customer service was not open for any solutions nor did they take responsibility for their errors. Can't recommend, but it does not seem like actual scam (like many others say here).

I have been a loyal customer of PraxisDienst for almost eight years, regularly ordering supplies for my practice. Unfortunately, my recent experiences as a business buyer have been deeply disappointing. Delivery times have become increasingly unreliable and longer than expected. In my latest order, I purchased three Kombipur-TT platelet function tests, which were delivered in November with an expiration date of May 2025. For such specialized products, a mere six-month shelf life is unacceptable for practical use in a busy practice. I contacted PraxisDienst three times to address the issue, but each call left me more frustrated than the last. The customer service team, made up of unmotivated employees, failed to offer any viable solutions. Despite being assured multiple times that the matter would be escalated to a supervisor or that I would receive a callback, nothing ever happened. By my third call, the responses had devolved into curt and borderline rude remarks. During this time, I refrained from paying the invoice until the matter was resolved. However, the only communication I received from PraxisDienst was a steady stream of reminders and overdue notices, escalating to the second dunning stage. Despite my written and verbal inquiries, no callbacks, follow-ups, or meaningful responses were ever made. I had to take the initiative repeatedly, only to be met with unprofessional and unfriendly treatment. When I asked for a resolution—whether a replacement, a discount, or any goodwill gesture—I was flatly told that the expiration dates are clearly listed on the website and that it’s my responsibility as a consumer to check. The comparison to checking the expiration date of milk or yogurt while grocery shopping was not only inappropriate but downright disrespectful. This experience has been a complete failure on both product quality and customer service fronts. I will not be ordering from PraxisDienst again. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Avoid at all costs!
Worst company. Despite the negative reviews I had read, I decided to place an urgent order for a product my father required. I placed the order on Thursday with the understanding that I would receive it by the following Wednesday. However, on Friday afternoon, I received an email stating that one of the products was out of stock and that they could not process the order unless I agreed to substitute it with a different flavored product. I accepted the product swap, however, I received a subsequent email stating that neither the alternative product is currently available and that I will need to wait 2-3 weeks. I requested the cancellation of my order as I came to the conclusion that it would be unwise to rely on their statements. They confirmed the cancellation, and I was informed that the full refund would be credited to my account within a few days. Following up after a week, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my refund. To my dismay, I was informed that an internal issue within the finance department had prevented the initiation of the refund process. After few weeks, I finally received a refund. As a recommendation, I advise to avoid this company.
