United KingdomBetter off getting insurance with your bank or elsewhere the post office sell you a policy then use technicalities to not pay you out luckily my bank got the money back that I paid for policy!!
United KingdomBad company we forgot a passport brought my late wifes passport instead of my gransons went next day £400 extra to pay post office said I should read the terms and conditions lovely way to treat someone thought this was a trustworthy company and look after your needs I got it wrong. Will never use again
United KingdomThe policy wasn’t worth the paper it was written on, and perhaps I should have just thrown the money I spent on buying the policy in the bin. Like many insurance companies, what one ends up needing to claim for, is hidden and embedded in a policy document the size of a novel. My personal items were stolen from me when travelling abroad, but OF COURSE the post office do not cover stolen items - go figure!? So now, I’m out of pocket for my stolen items (amounting to hundreds of £’s) and the money I wasted on the policy. How can a travel insurance company not cover theft?
